CARACTERE provides, for the Audi Q5 and SQ5 Sportback, a
complete Wide Body Kit including a complete Front Bumper Spoiler, a Rear Bumper
Spoiler, a set of Wheel Arch Extensions and light alloy rims CW1.
These parts are made by a process called Polyurethane Reaction
Injection Molding (PU-Rim).
With this process, we guarantee high quality products,
stability over time, high impact resistance and corrosion resistance. Thanks to
polyurethane injection process that CARACTERE have developed only to produce
body parts, CARACTERE have a guarantee of quality and part sizing which is very
important in the automotive industry.
The process was developed to obtain a final part flexible enough
to absorb shocks but also rigid enough to have an ideal assembly.
CARACTERE tuning parts have been tested by German BAST several times and have passed the pedestrian crash test each time successfully and are perfectly adapted to the new regulations concerning pedestrian tests.
