This Competition high performance intercooler core is made of high quality Tube Fin material with internal turbulators. This combination allows for maximum heat transfer and airflow to maximize cooling performance.

Despite its size, our intercooler is surprisingly lightweight, weighing only 9.5 kg. This minimizes stress on your vehicle and helps improve overall performance.

The cast aluminum end boxes of our intercooler were developed in the CAD system and optimized using flow analyses in the CFD system. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. All our charge air coolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that also has excellent heat conduction properties.
