Evolution Link Pipe Set (Titanium)
This product is designed to increase the performance potential of the Akrapoviс Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system. It is constructed from high-grade lightweight titanium. The system is 18.2 kg (63.5%) lighter than the standard stock exhaust. Installation removes the stock OPFs or secondary set of catalytic converters on non-OPF vehicles.
When combined with the Slip-On Line (Titanium), it offers power and torque gains of 25.8 kW (35.0 hp) and 47.7 Nm, respectively, both at 5,150 rpm, when tested on the Akrapoviс dyno against a BMW XM Label with an M exhaust system. A special X-connection – cast in the in-house foundry – allows gases from both sides of the engine to mix for an enhanced sporty sound.
For OPF vehicles remapping the ECU is mandatory to prevent potential check engine light warning signals. For non-OPF vehicles ECU remapping is not needed.
This part has been developed for use on closed-course competition circuits only. With the installation of the Evolution Link Pipe Set (Titanium), the EC/ECE type approval for the Slip-On Line (Titanium) is no longer valid.
Fittment notice: This product does not fit on the BMW XM 50e model.
