1 General
The following terms and conditions and information is written in English
language. They are also sent to the customer once payment is received. Our
address for service may be taken in particular of the bill and imprint, as well
as these Terms.
Terms and conditions of the Purchaser shall apply only insofar as we have
expressly agreed to them. The statutory provisions apply, unless otherwise
agreed.
Except as provided in these rules and conditions for consumers and business are
included, the following applies:
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a
purpose which can be attributed neither commercial nor their independent
vocational activity. Entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or
unincorporated society in concluding a legal transaction in the exercise of
their independent professional or commercial activity.
2 Conclusion of contract
Formation of the contract
The contract

Legally
In legal
terms, provide the products shown www.dtm-tuning.com is prompting the customer
to submit a binding offer to the www.dtm-tuning.com. The customer is
accordingly by submitting his order via web. He then receives, within 24 hours,
a message by email from www.dtm-tuning.com, confirmation (Proforma Invoice).

Technical
In technical terms, a contract is concluded as follows:
First step:
The customer clicks on the pages of Item Description "ORDER" button.
There the price without shipping costs will be displayed. Here he may choose
(button) if he "continue shopping", or go to "Checkout" and
further process the order. He can change the number of goods to be ordered or
single or remove all items and then "Update" button. Then the changed
conditions are displayed.
Next,
customers can already choose which country (the list is exhaustive) and which
payment is desired.
Second step:
Here, the customer decides whether he wants to register and set up a personal
account, or whether he would like to order without any registration. With the
personal customer contact information for future orders in the account are

Third step:
Acceptance of order. While we hope to be able to deliver all products ordered,

Your order
will be accepted when you have paid for the order. After placing your order,
you have established binding contact with HELG Automotive GmbH and accept all
Terms and Conditions. Until the moment of payment for the product (s), there
will be no contract between us.

We can agree on additional conditions and details regarding the order by e-mail.
3 Right of withdrawal

which can be attributed mainly neither commercial nor their independent
vocational activity.)
Conditions:
You have the right to cancel within fourteen days without giving any reason
this contract. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date on which
you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, the goods have taken
physical possession of.

by means of a clear statement (eg a consigned by post mail, fax or email) of
your decision to withdraw from this contract, inform.
You may use
the attached model withdrawal form which is however not mandatory. You can fill
out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website
(see example in bottom this text). Make use of this opportunity, so we will
provide immediately (by e-mail) a confirmation of the receipt of such a
withdrawal.
In order to observe the revocation period it is sufficient for you to send the
message about the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline (14 days).
Effects of withdrawal
If you
withdraw from this contract, we have to repay all the payments that we have
received from you, excluding delivery costs (incurred in preparation for
shipment of your order).
For
repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used for the initial
transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case you will not
be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold the reimbursement until we
have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have
returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. Refund may take
from 15 to 30 working days.
Exceptions
of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of
withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts, unless the parties have
otherwise agreed:
– Customer
specifications, tailored to personal needs. Contracts for the supply of goods
which are prefabricated and for their production of an individual choice or
decision by you (the consumer) is important or which are clearly tailored to
your personal needs;

Inseparable mixing
Contracts
for the supply of goods when they were mixed after delivery due to their nature
inseparably with other goods;
– Media,
unsealing
Contracts
for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed
package, if the seal was removed after delivery.

4 Prices
The prices include VAT 19%.
Pricing
errors
If we discover an error in our pricing, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will then be given the option of cancelling or re-confirming your order at the correct price. If for any reason we are unable to contact you using the contact details you have provided we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email.
5 Retention of title
We reserve title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price.
6 Delivery time, shipping costs, delivery area, delivery risk
If the buyer
and he buys the goods for the force exerted by his commercial or independent
professional activity exercised, the shipping risk passes to the buyer as soon
as we deliver the goods to the carrier. In all other cases, we will bear the
shipping risk until delivery to the buyer or his authorized recipient for legal
reasons.
"In
Stock" "Shipping time: on request" Means the product is in our
warehouse or our partner's remote warehouse. Handling time as usually 3-5
business days.
"Out of
Stock" "Shipping time: on request" Means the product is out of
stock. Product availability is subject to additional request.

Shipping
cost is calculated for each order individually, as it depends on the size and
weight of the selected product and the place where you want to deliver. We will
indicate the shipping cost on your order confirmation.
Shipping worldwide

in the shop are without shipping fee, unless otherwise stated. When you want to
know what the shipping fee will be, make your order and go to the checkout
page. Fill in the country where it needs to be shipped to and confirm the
order. Our managers will contact you by e-mail and offer the best delivery
price.
You may have
to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country
and all laws and regulations of the destination country are observed.
Customs or
import duties will be charged after the package arrives in your country. You
are responsible for customs clearance. These fees are beyond our control and
cannot be predicted. Customs policies vary considerably from country to country.

Shipment
